Écloran tools are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and as intended.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from Écloran or an authorized reseller. It is non-transferable.
Manufacturing defects that affect normal function, including internal electronics, heating elements, motors, switches, and structural components.
Normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration); damage from misuse, drops, improper voltage/adapters, neglect, modifications, or unauthorized repairs; accessories/consumables (e.g., protective caps, bags); products with serial labels removed/altered; commercial use.
Coverage lasts 12 months from delivery. Replacement units or repaired parts are covered for the remainder of the original term or 90 days—whichever is longer.
A valid order number or receipt is required. For reseller purchases, include the retailer name and purchase date.
Product registration helps us verify details quickly but is not required for service.
Email support@ecloran.com with your order number, product name, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video. We’ll troubleshoot first and, if needed, issue a Return Authorization (RMA).
For approved claims within the warranty period, we cover return shipping back to you. You may be responsible for sending the item to our service address unless otherwise stated in your RMA instructions.
At our discretion, we will repair, replace with the same or functionally equivalent model, or refund the original purchase price if repair/replacement is not feasible.
If the product is outside the warranty or not eligible, we’ll share available paid repair/replacement options.
Some regions have consumer rights that cannot be limited. Where local law provides additional protections, those rights apply alongside this warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Écloran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Implied warranties (if any) are limited to the warranty period above.
Items from unauthorized marketplaces or counterfeit goods are not covered. If you’re unsure about a seller, contact us before purchasing.
