Shipping & Returns
1) Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
2) Shipping methods & timing
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
4) Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update scans.
6) Customs & duties
Import duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
7) Lost, missing, or damaged items
If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date/estimate. We’ll help file a carrier claim and offer next steps.
8) Return window & eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging/accessories. Returns must include the order number. Opened consumables and used personal-care items may be ineligible for hygiene reasons.
9) Start a return
Email support@ecloran.com (replace with your inbox) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
10) Return shipping costs
Unless an item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
11) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary). You’ll get a confirmation email.
12) Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest method is to return for a refund and place a new order. Direct exchanges may be available depending on stock.
13) Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and heavily used or damaged products (not due to a defect) are not eligible for return.
14) Warranty & support
If you’re experiencing a product issue outside the return window, reach out—your purchase may be covered under our warranty. We’ll help troubleshoot or arrange a warranty claim where applicable.
