Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

We offer a 30-day return window for unused/like-new items in original packaging. Kits/sets must be returned complete. Return instructions are available via our returns portal or by contacting support. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Écloran provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser from Écloran or an authorized reseller. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, modification, or use with incompatible voltage/adapters. For warranty service, contact support with proof of purchase.

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and software—is owned by Écloran or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Écloran a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in any media for marketing and operational purposes. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
